In continued difficult market conditions, EWS has let
two office premises in Queen Street, Ipswich, within
two weeks.
Acting on behalf of Clydesdale Bank, EWS has let the
first floor of 1-5 Queen Street to Wisebird & co.,
a financial consultancy firm, and acting on behalf of
a private client, has let the first & second floors
of 10 Queen Street to X-on, a telecom provider.
Clare Wright of EWS said: "over the last few months
we have also let 7-9 Princes Street, part of 153 Princes
Street and 36 Museum Street, showing that there is activity
in in Ipswich town centre's office market".
