Acting on behalf of the East of England Co-operative
Society, EWS has let 8-8a Market Hill, Framlingham to
St Elizabeth Hospice.
Clare Wright Commercial Negotiator for EWS said: "Shop
units of this type do not come onto the market very
often in Framlingham, and a deal with St Elizabeth Hospice
was agreed quickly".
David Cook-Abbott, Group General Manager - Property
, for the East of England Co-operative said: "We
are pleased that St Elizabeth will be our new tenant
in Framlingham. This is a busy location in the heart
of the town and we are sure that the new shop will be
successful for them."
This is St Elizabeth Hospice's 13th shop in Suffolk,
and staff have been overwhelmed by the response from
the Framlingham community following appeals for donations
and volunteers. The Hospice is an independent charity
which relies on donations and fundraising to meet the
bulk of its £6.6m annual running costs and their
shops play a key role in generating this income. There
are plans to open more St Elizabeth Hospice shops in
Waveney.
Further details of this letting, or other units is
available from Clare
Wright of EWS on 01473 216 200
