Defying national trends, EWS has let two units in Felixstowe
to two new retailers to the town.
Acting on behalf of the East of England Co-operative
Society, EWS has let 186 Hamilton Road, Felixstowe to
Cash Converters and acting jointly with Scotts Property
LLP on behalf of a private client, has let 74-76 Hamilton
Road to Costa Coffee.
Clare Wright of EWS said: "being able to attract
new retailers is great news for Felixstowe, and goes
against national media reports of an increase in empty
shops".
There are over 600 Cash Converters' stores worldwide
and Costa Coffee trades from over 1,000 stores across
the UK.
