EWS Chartered Surveyors is pleased to announce the
promotion of Clare Wright and Stephen Rogers to the
position of Associate Director of the firm. Clare joined
EWS in 2006 as a commercial sales & lettings negotiator
and is now the first point of contact for the firm's
commercial estate agency activities. Stephen has been
with EWS for the past five years, assisting Paul Musson
in expanding the firm's Property Management department
and now overseeing a portfolio of a wide range of commercial
and residential block management instructions. Clare
and Stephen are both in the final stages of becoming
qualified as Chartered Surveyors.
George Woodward, Managing Director of EWS, comments:
"for the past four years, the UK property industry
has been badly affected by the credit crunch and recession
but, during that period, EWS has actually expanded its
number of staff and increased its business activities.
Clare and Stephen's hard work and energy have been key
elements to the success of our business in these tough
times thus their promotion to Associate Director levels
is well deserved".
