We are currently working with Taylor Wimpey Strategic
to promote this site through the Mid Suffolk Local Development
Framework process for primarily residential development.
The site is a preferred allocation now in the Stowmarket
Area Action Plan which is due to go to EIP in February
/ March 2011.
Ahead of the EIP - we have been involved with the professional
team in negotiation of Statements of Common Ground with
MSDC.
We have recently carried out detailed Viability Appraisals
on the residual owner's and Taylor Wimpey's joint behalf,
to assess the impact of the Council's proposed Infrastructure
Delivery Plan.
