We are leading a multi-disciplinary team in preparing
and negotiating a Masterplan with Braintree District
Council, prior to marketing the site. The Masterplan
has been evolved in consultation with Sible Hedingham
Parish Council and Braintree District Council. We have
carried out detailed financial appraisals of the Masterplan
options and area about to commence negotiations on the
Planning Gain package, based on these, with Braintee
District Council.
